Promotions and bonus play
Check the individual offer before accepting it: eligibility, expiry, qualifying games and wagering can differ. The general terms set first-deposit bonus wagering at 35 times the bonus. Free-spin winnings also carry 35-times wagering unless the campaign specifies another requirement.
While bonus wagering remains outstanding, the general terms cap bonus-money bets at €5 for a transaction or €0.50 for each betting line. Breaching the cap can result in cancelled bets and bonuses and confiscated winnings, including subsequent winnings after wagering completion. Game contributions vary, so a bet does not necessarily reduce the remaining requirement by its full value.
Account closure and interruptions

If the operator ends a game or event with wagers still outstanding, the terms provide for repayment of those wagers. Granturo Malta also honours winnings obtained before that termination. For material changes to its gambling terms, Wheelz notifies players and requires renewed acceptance before the changes apply. Declining those changes prevents further play but leaves the player able to withdraw the remaining account balance under the applicable withdrawal rules.
